Your Automatic delivery application will be renewed automatically every year unless North Jersey Energy Corp. is notified in writing; cancellation will be effective upon receipt of your letter. Any balance owed to North Jersey Energy Corp. will be due immediately. Upon signing this application you permit North Jersey Energy Corp. on your property to fill your tank(s) and charge the credit account specified on this application for the product delivered. Your delivery ticket is your invoice, and your balance is due within 7 days of delivery; if the invoice is not paid the delivery price is increased by 10 cents. In the event that you fail to pay your balance in full within 30 days from the date of delivery you will be charged a FINANCE CHARGE equal to 1½% monthly on the unpaid balance.
The annual percentage rate is 18%. If North Jersey Energy Corp. has to hire an attorney or collection agency to collect the amount due from you, you agree to pay North Jersey Energy Corp. the attorney and collection fees.
Everything I have stated in this application is correct and truthful. I grant North Jersey Energy Corp. the right to check my credit and employment history.
